Who this program is for

For women over 38/40 years old who:

Feel changes in their body, sleep, digestion, energy and don't know how to understand or receive them

Experience intense emotions, confusion, anxiety, or loss of control and need space to process them

Don't recognize themselves anymore: "I'm not the same", "I don't know what I want", "Who am I now?"

Have relationships in transition (partner, children, parents) and feel the need to reposition themselves

Seek to redefine their femininity and life directions in this new chapter

Need gentleness, belonging, and a safe space to explore

I have been working with women for over 15 years — in their transformation processes, in their relationship with the body, with emotions, with identity.

I am a classical psychodramatist, ESPERE® trainer, and somatic practitioner. I went through menopause myself and know what it means to not recognize yourself, to feel everything changing, to need a safe place.

This program is a space of belonging, gentleness, and real transformation — not theory, but lived experience.
