Your team communicates,
but doesn't understand each other?

People who know how to communicate, ask, set boundaries, and manage tensions... work better together.

What do you recognize in your team?

Unspoken tensions in the team

People avoid each other, don't say what they really feel, subtle or explosive conflicts arise.

Weak collaboration between departments

Everyone works in their own bubble, communication between teams is formal or nonexistent.

Dysfunctional meetings

Long, unproductive meetings where some talk a lot and others stay silent, without real clarity.

Lack of healthy feedback

Feedback is vague, avoided, or given aggressively. People don't know how to say what they need.

Burnout and relational fatigue

People are tired of relationships, of "managing" emotions, of chronic misunderstandings.

"Don't say what you feel" culture

Emotions are considered "problematic." Everything is preferred to appear "OK" on the surface.

Relational Communication & Dynamics
for Organizations

I work with teams that want to move from formal or dysfunctional communication to real, clear, and assumed communication. I facilitate processes that bring clarity, healthy boundaries, and cohesion.

Dana Dragomirescu

Why I work with organizations

I am a trainer, consultant, and facilitator with over 10 years of experience working with teams and organizations.

I believe that organizations are living systems, and real communication — not formal, but the kind that allows people to be authentic, to ask, to say no, to manage tensions — is the foundation of any healthy collaboration.

I work with the ESPERE® Method (relational communication), psychodrama (exploration through action and role), and experiential methods that make processes interactive, alive, and immediately applicable.

I don't do theory. I do practical interventions, concrete exercises, and processes that remain in the team's culture.

What happens when we work together

Real communication and clear flows

People learn to ask, to say no, to communicate needs and boundaries without aggression.

Reduction of tensions and conflicts

Chronic tensions are managed, unsaid things are addressed before it's too late.

Teams that know how to listen

Listening becomes a practice. Feedback becomes healthy and integrated.

Leaders who understand relational impact

Managers and leaders learn to lead not just processes, but living relationships.
